LinkedIn AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence to help users generate LinkedIn posts. The service includes AI-powered post generation, voice/style training, and content management tools.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Subscription & Payments

• The Service offers Free, Starter, and Pro subscription plans.
• Paid plans are billed monthly through Paystack.
• Prices are displayed in USD and charged in ZAR (South African Rand).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or discriminatory
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent purpose

6. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using our Service belongs to you. However, the Service itself, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, remains our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
